Hello!

This is Nakayama from CASANOVA&CO.

This time we will introduce one item from TT's 24AW season.

This was a piece that really caught my eye when I was checking the contents of the delivery of TT's 24AW collection.

Let's get started.

Here it is.

TT

LONG SLEEVE T-SHIRT

Fabric: 100% cotton

color _ Black

size_36,38,40

A crew neck long sleeve T-shirt made from 100% cotton waffle fabric.

This basic long-sleeved T-shirt was created by comparing and studying the stitching, patterns, and parts of American undershirts from the 1910s to the 1970s, and is uniquely designed for the brand.

TT's LONG SLEEVE T-SHIRT was extracted from undershirts from each era.

I feel that this product has been finished in a way that will give it extremely effective performance in the coming autumn and winter seasons.

Let's start with the dough.

The fabric is a heavy-weight waffle fabric made from American cotton.

It has a dry touch, soft volume, and a comfortable feel with just the right amount of weight.

When compared to the thread that finishes the edge of the fabric at the hem, the reflection conveys the dry look of the fabric.

And the fabric is thick and sturdy.

The yarn used for the fabric is made from two strands of yarn that are twisted together to give the fabric volume.

It has a three-dimensional, powerful impression, with the unique unevenness of the waffle dough coming to the fore.

This bumpy look is manly and cool.

The black color scheme brings out the strong unevenness, creating a mood of weightiness.

Waffle fabric, which is warm, breathable, and stretchy, was used as an undershirt by the U.S. military.

When I think of cotton waffle fabric, I often think of thin innerwear, or more recently, fluffy oversized T-shirts that are loose and make use of the uneven texture.

That's fine, but to be honest, I couldn't help but feel uneasy when it came to the Autumn/Winter season.

However, TT's LONG SLEEVE T-SHIRT is heavy weight and just the right size.

While maintaining the sizing that is its roots as innerwear, the volume of the fabric gives it a sense of security when worn alone and is not intended for layering.

I felt that it would be perfect for the Autumn/Winter season.

I was really drawn to how they took timeless clothing made in the past and thought about what it would be like in the present, evolving it to connect with the future.

You'll be able to rely on the thickness of the fabric, which is designed not only to be worn as an inner layer for coats and jackets when winter arrives, but also as a standalone piece that you can wear with confidence for a long time during the autumn and winter season.

There is very little room in the sleeves, so you won't have any trouble getting your arms through when putting a coat or jacket over it.

It's not too tight, so there's no discomfort.

The cuffs feature a circular knit two-tier rib pattern found on undershirts from the 1910s.

Some people may be intrigued by the subtle, original details.

It might also be nice to let your sleeves peek out from under your jacket.

This is a truly basic piece of clothing that can be worn on its own in autumn and as an inner layer in winter.

However, the brand's brand is not just bland basic clothing; the brand's essence is also infused into the way the clothes drape when worn.

The armholes are set so that the shoulder line of the body and the angle of the sleeves are in a straight line.

When you put your sleeves on and lower your arms, they create a diagonal drape that goes down toward your collarbone.

This is what it looks like when worn.

It looks like the wrinkles that appear when a strong man wears a tight T-shirt.

The wrinkles that appear accidentally due to the characteristics of the bone structure are considered to be one of the masculine elements, and the drape was created with this in mind, giving it a TT aesthetic that was unique to this garment.

So I recommend that you just throw it on without thinking too much about it and wear it in a size that gives a natural drape.

Neatly padded crew neck.

The neck is an important part that greatly affects your impression, so this gives you peace of mind.

I think T-shirts and knitwear are especially important.

It's made so tightly that you might think you could fit your head through it, but don't worry, it's stretchy enough that you can get your head through it.

They are carefully made so that they will not become wrinkled even after repeated use.

What's more, the heavy-weight waffle fabric and the tough neckline go together really well.

Since its debut, TT has offered basic items that transcend time and have evolved with the times, the kind that everyone has used in their daily lives.

We explore the roots of these basic items from an archaeological perspective, delve into clothing from the past and evolve them into "modern clothing," creating clothes as a brand that creates archaeological artifacts of the future.

The LONG SLEEVE T-SHIRT that we introduced this time is a basic piece of clothing, which is why it is timeless and can be worn continuously into the future without being consumed.

If you are interested, I would appreciate it if you could take a look.
