Hello~

We are friends of CASANOVA&CO.

Not long ago, it started to get cooler and the Tsukimi Burger commercials started, and I felt like it was a sign of autumn, but recently it's gone back to summer again. I can't get enough of it.

Despite these circumstances, deliveries of autumn and winter items continue unabated.

So, this time let me introduce two types from Nobuyuki Matsui 24AW.

So, let's get started.

Nobuyuki Matsui

First off, this knit hoodie.

It has a unique shape that you will never forget once you see it.

The fabric is an original Nobuyuki Matsui knit with seamless transitions in the knitting.

Narrow ribbing appears approximately every 10cm.

The force of the ribs trying to shrink horizontally causes the wide, loose knit fabric to ripple.

This season's theme is "Ripple," so the fabric expresses the wavy patterns that form on sand and the surface of water.

The slack in the fabric expands and contracts as you move, creating a variety of changes like waves.

At the same time, the shadows created by the difference in wave height create a variety of colors.

Personally, I think that many of the Nobuyuki Matsui clothes that we have introduced in our store so far look even more beautiful when the models are standing still.

However, the beauty of the Ripples series can be felt even more in its movement.

When I stand in front of the mirror, I find it so fascinating that it makes me want to keep moving, wondering, "How do I move here?"

And when you wear it and go out on the town, the people around you will surely feel the same way.

What people around you think when you wear something is an important element in fashion.

Grab everyone's attention with this hoodie.

Back view.

The hood is so voluminous that it's hard to believe it's a knitted hoodie.

The hood is made of double layered fabric, so it retains its shape well and won't collapse even when you move.

As shown in the photo above, you can create a beautiful neckline by folding the fabric inside the hood so that it forms a collar.

Combined with Ripples slacks, which will be introduced later.

When it comes to pullover hoodies, many of them have a straight-cut width which gives them a hip-hop style, but this one has a ribbed design that keeps the width tight, giving it a relatively smart look.

It also looks stylish when paired with tapered slacks.

The color of the water is a very dignified blue.

Because it is long, pairing it with slim pants will accentuate the vertical lines and make you look stylish.

If you are concerned about the length, you can tuck it in and adjust the length.

The ribbed part is made very thin, so it's nice that it doesn't get in the way even when tucked in.

Pair it with thick flared pants for a modern silhouette.

Since it can be styled regardless of the thickness of the pants you wear, I think this is a knit hoodie that will be an instant hit for those who like it.

What I felt when wearing it was how comfortable it was.

The wool-cotton material is not at all itchy on the skin and is not brushed, so it's not too warm.

However, the fabric itself has a certain weight and thickness, so it doesn't feel cold.

It's so comfortable that I can easily imagine using it heavily if I had one.

Plus, since it's machine washable, it would be rude not to use it heavily.

And these are the Ripples series slacks.

This one is just as interesting as the Parker.

The fabric is cut approximately every 15cm, and the cut parts have the “isekomi” pattern that is seen on the shoulders of dress shirts and jackets.

By doing so, vertical wrinkles appear, representing “rainfall” that creates ripples.

A single drop of rain creates ripples on the water's surface.

The reason why the Ripples series looks more attractive in motion is because the flow of a single phenomenon is expressed through the clothing.

Nobuyuki Matsui often expresses its seasonal themes through tailoring techniques, traditional Japanese dyeing and fabrics.

It is something that only Matsui, a designer who was born in Japan and studied tailoring and psychology in London, could create.

I think that uniqueness is a major attraction of Nobuyuki Matsui.

The fabric is 45% wool, 38% silk, and 17% ramie.

This is an original Nobuyuki Matsui fabric, with the blend ratio finely adjusted down to the last digit.

The fine luster of wool and silk, combined with the dry touch of ramie, make these comfortable to wear all year round.

The bumpy texture means that the pants don't look too slack, so they look natural whether worn as a dress or casual outfit.

The cupra lining extends to the front, below the knee, where it comes into contact with the skin.

If it's fully lined, it can sometimes be cumbersome during the spring and autumn seasons.

Please enjoy the feel of the high density cupra, a unique original fabric, on your front thighs.

The “facing” is the back side of the waist.

In fashion brand pants, this part is usually made from a single piece of fabric, but...

When you roll up the fabric of these pants, another layer of slightly stiffer fabric is revealed.

The comfort of the shoes is completely different with or without this piece of fabric.

In my personal opinion, one piece feels "fits well", while two pieces feel "comfortable..."

Please try them on and see for yourself.

The edges of the fabric are finished with piping.

This is love from Matsui-san.

Don't take this feature for granted!

It's hard to find pants that are this well made!

These pants look great when you're moving, but they're also incredibly beautiful when you're standing still.

The line from the hips to the hem in particular is beautiful and reminiscent of slacks.

When you put your hands in the pockets or walk, the wrinkles become very noticeable, but even these are elevated to add to the beauty of the design.

The ability to control both stillness and movement in clothing to this extent is a testament to Matsui's tailoring skills.

Pair it with Nobuyuki Matsui's Ultrasuede vest.

If you were told that he was wearing a vest, shirt, and slacks, you probably wouldn't imagine him dressed like this.

Although it is far from a classic look, it doesn't feel out of place at all; rather, it has a sense of unity.

If you're a fashion lover, you probably own at least one of these unique tops.

These pants have the potential to become very close with that child.

Please come and see it in store.
