Hello.
I'm Noguchi from CASANOVA&CO.
Today, I'd like to introduce some new arrivals from COMOLI.
Many of you may already know this, as information has been released in various stores, but this new arrival is black denim.
However, this denim is quite different from the denim COMOLI has offered until now.

COMOLI

We have these three types in our lineup.
The continuously offered belted denim and work jacket, and the newly introduced zip parka.
We have prepared photos of each item being worn, so I hope you can get a feel for their vibe from them.

First, the belted denim.

Whether you know COMOLI's belted denim or not, wearing this piece will instantly draw you into the world of COMOLI.
I started writing this blog with great enthusiasm because I had prepared a lot of items, thinking, "I'll write an enthusiastic blog post!", but perhaps COMOLI doesn't need such annotations.
In fact, I repeatedly wrote and then deleted various things about the fabric and stitching, and ultimately, the delete key swallowed all the words I had written. (Laughs)
So, I'll just concisely list the essential facts.
・13.5 oz.
・Core white (meaning it will age beautifully)
・Different stitch colors (dark brown for belted and work jacket, black for zip parka)
・Washing is OK, but be careful of color transfer
・Very cool
That's all.
Please take in the atmosphere from the photos, and if you're interested, come to the store to touch, wear, and feel them.
I believe that's the only way to truly understand the COMOLI brand without misunderstanding.

I've always liked the hem of the belted denim.
I think it connects beautifully with any type of shoe.
It connects perfectly even with my sharpest shoes, the Re-lux from Post Production.

This is the belted x work jacket.

Wearing them as a set is, naturally, wonderful.

The belted denim and work jacket have brown stitching, as shown in the photos.
The brown stitching is the best balance for the reddish black denim that looks sun-faded.

Belted with zip parka.
A denim hoodie might sound difficult to wear, but I think it's quite versatile.

It's lined with flannel, so it's warm even in winter.
Right now, I'd like to wear it with a tattered, probably bootleg, old Stussy T-shirt that I personally bought recently, and current Vans shoes, pretending to be a skater.
Of course, I can't skateboard.

The zip parka has black stitch colors, with triple stitching in various places.

Of course, it depends on the item, but I think COMOLI generally looks better when worn casually and without fuss.
That's why our denim series, for example, is displayed in the store hanging on hangers just as it arrived from the brand.
Normally, we steam out the wrinkles from delivery, but for COMOLI denim, this level of casualness is just right.
Of course, if a customer buying it asks for it to be steamed, we'll do it carefully, but there's more allure in a rougher look than in wearing it meticulously neat.
If I had a car, I'd probably just toss about three COMOLI items in the back seat to wear casually.
That's how carefree it can be.
However, this doesn't mean you should treat it carelessly or that it shouldn't be cherished.
It means that COMOLI will stay with us even when we are in a vulnerable state.
And that COMOLI accurately brings out the allure that lies within that vulnerability.
So, for those of you who own COMOLI, I encourage you to try wearing it in unguarded situations.
When going to the closest bar with only counter seats.
When going to a convenience store to buy ice cream or cigarettes after a bath.
When you feel like reading a book at a coffee shop.
When taking your children to the supermarket to shop.
These are rather extreme examples, but I think COMOLI is the kind of clothing you can wear naturally even when you'd be a little startled to run into someone you know.
And wearing COMOLI in those moments is incredibly cool.
For the past six months, I myself have been wearing COMOLI particularly often, and frequent customers often tell me, "Recently, Gussan, you've been wearing only COMOLI."
I'm not the type to stand in front of a mirror and style myself (I only recently bought a full-length mirror) (which is questionable for someone in the clothing business), so the two top priorities are naturally my mood and whether it's comfortable to wear.
The latter criterion can be met by wearing COMOLI, and I can be moderately uninhibited while working in the store, allowing me to work naturally.
This "naturalness" is the keyword; it's not excessively flashy for living in Japan, but it has a natural charm, that kind of image.
This is due to the high quality of the material, but I think Mr. Komori is probably the only one who can achieve this balance.
Please try to incorporate COMOLI into your unguarded moments.
I think you'll feel an unadorned allure.
Touch it, wear it, and feel it.
