Hello.

This is Noguchi from CASANOVA&CO.

Let me get straight to it and introduce you to Toogood's T-shirts today.

THE BOSUN T SHIRT

color _ PINK

Size: S, M, L

This was my 20th collection for toogood.

It is held twice a year, in spring/summer and fall/winter, which means it marks the brand's 10th anniversary year.

Pink was an important color palette in this memorable collection.

Normally, I don't think there are any brands that create so many pink clothes in one collection, but this time, toogood offered multiple types of pink fabric, and each type was available in multiple styles, making the color quite noticeable in the collection.

This just goes to show how much the color has been positioned as a symbol of this season.

In fact, the Toogood sisters say that the pink color was inspired by the color palette of Philip Guston, one of the artists the designers respect.

Now in their 10th anniversary as a brand, the Toogood sisters are in a different state of mind than when the brand was founded, and have been influenced by the spirituality of Philip Guston to reexamine what Toogood is all about.

The limited use of colours based on pink and the distinctive graphic motifs were born out of the brand's feelings at this turning point and its determination for the future.

The brand's official website has this story told in its own words by Faye Toogood, so if you're interested, be sure to check it out.

A very eye-catching pink T-shirt.

Pink body with a pink print of varying shades.

The soft yet solid impression of the printed motif gives off a similar atmosphere to the furniture made by toogood.

Even though this whole thing is depicted in only pink, this iron(?) is grey in color.

You have such great taste.

This is also likely a reference to Philip Guston's color palette.

The grey colour prevents the overall look from being flat and gives the outfit a rhythm.

I am 178cm and 60kg and wear the middle size M.

It's oversized, as is typical of toogood, but the shape has been carefully designed.

The great thing about Toogood T-shirts is that a T-shirt is a simple piece of clothing that can be worn to create the desired look, no matter who wears it.

It's truly amazing what can be achieved within the framework of a T-shirt, which depends more on the wearer's physique and bone structure than any other piece of clothing.

As expected, toogood.

This fabric also plays an important role in controlling this.

It's a beautiful, heavy, tightly woven jersey knit.

It's not stiff or rough, but it has the necessary weight to give it shape.

It's a fantastic T-shirt that's exciting in every way, from the color, graphics, and shape, so of course I'd love for you to wear it on its own, but I also like this style.

Pattern x pattern. Main character x main character.

I believe the Midorikawa drizzler-style blouson was the brand's second collaboration with PARANOID.

The graphics, which give off a punk and metal vibe, are super cool, but toogood's T-shirts are just as cool.

It doesn't just become an "innerwear" T-shirt, but has a presence that overflows from the inside out.

Nonnotte's draping pants are obviously unconventional, but I think they harmonize well.

Midorikawa's blousons are one size fits all, so they are roomy, but if you layer them over a toogood T-shirt, this size may be just the right balance.

As I mentioned earlier, we want you to enjoy this T-shirt even in seasons when you can wear it on its own, but there's no such thing as "this type of T-shirt can only be worn on its own."

There's no need to worry about things like, "Keep other items as simple as possible."

I would be very happy if you could enjoy it using your imagination.
