Hello.
This is Noguchi from CASANOVA&CO.
Today, as the title suggests, I have an announcement.

SARTO
- andante -
2025.10.11(SAT) ~ 2025.10.19(SUN)
Starting next Saturday, October 11th, for nine days, we will be holding an event with SARTO at the CASANOVA&CO store.
I believe this will be the largest event in CASANOVA&CO's history, not just for this season, but ever.
Since around the beginning of this year, I've been continuously sending vague "love calls" through Mr. Okamoto, who handles SARTO's sales, saying, "I want to do something with SARTO."
With Mr. Okamoto and the SARTO team reciprocating those "love calls," this collaboration naturally came to be.
Although not all products have arrived from the brand yet, over 100 pieces of SARTO clothing have already reached the store.
It might even be around 150 pieces once everything is here.
This is truly unprecedented.
From this season's items to SARTO's iconic standard pieces, and even power pieces from the brand's early days.
Almost all items are one-of-a-kind in each color and size, meaning you'll be able to see a lineup of about 150 pieces at once.
During the event, it will undoubtedly be the place with the most comprehensive collection of SARTO items in the world.
I felt that a select shop like ours, which introduces a limited selection of items, couldn't convey the true essence of SARTO.
That's because SARTO has an incredible variety of expressions, and the essence of SARTO runs through every single one of them.
First and foremost, SARTO's characteristic is the different expressions between spring/summer and autumn/winter.
While autumn/winter has a substantial and elegant feel, spring/summer is what you'd call "effortless" and colorful.
And for both spring/summer and autumn/winter, each item category is incredibly strong.
In the knit category, there are not only machine knits but also hand knits.
There are also highly distinctive pieces like fancy tweed.
The outerwear lineup features a wide array of double-faced garments.
Leather items also boast exceptional quality.
The collection of items featuring SARTO's iconic three-dimensional embroidery.
Some items even come with concho buttons specially crafted from SILVER925.
Every piece is a power piece. Every piece is an ace and a cleanup hitter.
As I mentioned earlier, when it comes to this, a select shop has its limits.
That's why we've decided to hold this event.
However, despite SARTO's rich lineup, the brand's core philosophy is "a relaxed and natural demeanor."
It's clothing that boasts technical excellence, from handicrafts that only skilled artisans can achieve, to three-dimensional and beautifully characterized pattern work, and technical yet rational specifications.
Yet, it doesn't exude any "difficulty" or "heaviness" that might come from such thorough craftsmanship.
Rather, it doesn't burden the wearer with such "difficulty" or "heaviness."
That's why SARTO offers an exciting sense of anticipation that reminds us of the fundamental joy of fashion.
However, the "dignity" that can only be emitted from something meticulously crafted truly emanates from the clothing itself.
I still haven't been able to fully articulate how such a balance is possible, but after speaking with designer Mr. Toyoshima and pattern maker Mr. Ikeda, it became very clear to me that SARTO is the way it is because these two are creating it.
That's why I've always wanted all our customers to meet and talk to Mr. Toyoshima and Mr. Ikeda.
However, until now, due to contract agreements with other brands, SARTO had not been able to reveal the identities of its team.
However, this time, Mr. Toyoshima and Mr. Ikeda will be making their first appearance.
From what I hear, this will be the first official in-store appearance in SARTO's history.
It's not about saying "Look how amazing this is," but if you meet these two and listen to what they have to say, I believe you'll get a sense of why SARTO is SARTO, as I mentioned earlier.
For many of you, I believe these nine days will be an opportunity to truly get to know SARTO's clothing.
To prepare for that, please allow me to introduce how SARTO creates its clothing in each item category.
Today is the teaser edition.

Double-faced outerwear.
This is an indispensable piece for SARTO.
Double-faced tailoring is used as a sewing specification that can maximize the "arm silhouette," which can be said to be the foundation of SARTO's character.

In the double-faced category, there is a wide lineup in addition to this coat, but currently, double-faced tailoring is in production.
Actually, there was a slight production issue, but the SARTO team quickly pivoted and made it even better.
I think this is going to be an incredibly high-quality item, so please look forward to it immensely.
I believe we can introduce it on Thursday or Friday.

If double-faced is "soft," then leather is "hard."
However, the reverse side of this vest is cashmere and reversible.
It's both soft and hard in one piece.

It comes with a total of three large concho buttons on the front and sides.
Of course, since they are changeable buttons, they can be used without any problems on the cashmere side.

In the leather category, super soft leather pants are scheduled to be delivered soon.
These are a new sensation in leather pants, thick yet soft and supple.
I will properly introduce these at a later date as well.

Knits include both machine and hand knits.
You can probably tell just by looking, but this one is hand-knitted.
But it's not just any hand-knit.

The shimmering black specks on the back and arms.
They are glass beads woven in.
It's too much for a hand-knit, right? (laughs)

Glass beads on the front too.
The first time I met Mr. Toyoshima, the designer, I asked him, "Why does SARTO often use glass beads?"
Then, after a pause, Mr. Toyoshima said, "Hmm, I just like them..."
At that moment, I thought that the most convincing and best motivation isn't some lofty reason, but simply because you like it, because it's cool.
So please don't ask for a reason for the glass beads. (laughs)
It's fine because it's like nothing else I've seen and incredibly cool.
However, the knit category isn't just about hand-knits.
We've also had them create incredible machine knits.
Knits that defy the theory of gauge and yarn count, heavy yet light – a contradictory knit.
I'll also introduce these, along with the 25AW lineup, at a later date.

The trousers with transformed cargo pockets, which have been a continuous part of the brand's collection, have actually undergone a pattern change.
I don't think it's a matter of one being superior or inferior, but I felt that the completeness of these pants has dramatically improved with this iteration.
I'll tell you the details at the store, but these are truly excellent pants.

Denim with embroidery, which could be called a signature.
At the time of the event, we are planning to have embroidered pants available in chino material and canvas-like fabrics, in addition to denim.
... If I were to introduce everything, I wouldn't be able to sleep for about four days, so please allow me to introduce the highlights of each category over four separate posts starting tomorrow.
However, I don't know when the timing will be as it depends on when the deliveries arrive.
Since the SARTO team is putting in their best effort, I will too.
Oh, by the way, I found out about three days ago that there seems to be a limited edition bespoke product. (laughs)
They produced it without my prior knowledge, only informing me after the fact. (laughs)
I think everyone will be excited, I'm excited too, and I can tell that the SARTO team themselves are enjoying it, which is the best.
I don't know what they've created, but that doesn't matter anymore.
This kind of groove, or rather, the feeling that they're plotting something mischievous, is great, isn't it?
I don't know what they've created. (laughs)
Let's look forward to it together.
Starting next Saturday, the floor, including myself and all the staff, will be eagerly awaiting your arrival with great enthusiasm.
On Saturday and Sunday, the first two days, we will be joined by SARTO designer Mr. Toyoshima, SARTO pattern maker Mr. Ikeda, and Mr. Okamoto, who has also been present at the WONDER ROOM event.
As the word "andante" suggests, I hope we can all enjoy SARTO in a relaxed and natural way.
Please let me introduce more little by little from tomorrow onwards.
