Shipping policy

The delivery company will be Yamato Transport.



For credit card payment, the order will be shipped within 2 days after the payment is confirmed if there is no specified date.

In the case of cash on delivery (COD), the order will be shipped within 2 days after the billing method is confirmed.

In the case of bank transfer, we will ship within 2 days upon receipt of payment.



If you have any delivery date and time preference, please let us know in the remarks column when you place your order. Please specify the day after the order date or after 2 days.　



In rare cases, we may not be able to ship as requested depending on your prefecture of residence. Please understand this in advance.　



You can choose the time zone from the following options.　



　Morning　

　2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.　

　4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.　

　18:00 - 20:00　

　7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.



Shipping is a flat rate of 800 yen throughout Japan. Free shipping is available for orders totaling 11,000 yen or more including tax.
