In addition to the nonnotte collection for the spring/summer 2024 season, we will start selling the "custom-made" shirt jackets that we introduced yesterday in stores.
Regarding the "custom-made" shirt jacket, I seem to have received several inquiries since posting the blog, so thank you very much.
Also, among the inquiries we received, we were fortunate to receive requests for mail-order sales from people who live far away, and tomorrow, March 2nd (Saturday), Mr. Sugihara will be in the store all day. We will only be selling in-store since there are times when you will receive a refund.
However, we plan to post it on our online store around 6pm on the next day, March 3rd (Sunday).
Kaneta and Samsung Yarn have different fabric widths because their weavers have different characteristics, but the fabric for Suvin Gold Supreme, which was sold in December, uses a total of 200m of fabric and has 4 rolls. This time, I only used about 1 roll of fabric, so I don't have a lot in stock, so I apologize if the item is sold out by the time I post it on the online store. . I think it's okay though.

I've never seen clothes like this before.
It is designed to create an outline of the sleeves no matter who wears it, and consists of only two pieces of original fabric: the front and back.
Due to the circular design, the fabric is sometimes not wide enough, so the fabric is used sideways.
Normally, such fabrics are sometimes used horizontally to take advantage of the elasticity of the knitted fabric, but due to the structure of this cut and sew fabric, elasticity is not an issue.
It seems that the sleeves are made by manipulating the fabric by taking advantage of the circular shape from the shoulder position.
Mr. Sugihara says that he started with a two-dimensional concept similar to origami, but then created a three-dimensional one.
I have no idea what that means, but this cut and sew is amazing.
It's amazing when you wear it.
By the way, this cut-and-sew item is available in two sizes, small and large, sizes 3 and 5, but I couldn't imagine a larger person wearing it. Only small size 3 is available.
That's why I think it's great for women as well as petite people like me.

And the fabric is amazing too.
It is said to be a 70 count twin yarn that has been gas-fired with a "super strong twist."
In terms of theory, this type of cut and sew is made with 30 count single thread, 60 count single thread, or double thread.
The knitted fabric is a jersey knit, which is the same as that used in regular T-shirts, but this is said to be the first time in history that the jersey is knitted with 70 count twin threads.
When making a jersey knit with 70 count double yarn, the yarn would normally run diagonally, become fluffy, and shrink when washed, but the single yarns that make up the double yarn repel each other. By using ``balanced'' yarn, we are able to create something strong and beautiful that does not shrink even after washing.
Well, if you think it's a really good fabric, that's fine.
By the way, with this fabric, short-sleeved T-shirts and long-sleeved overcut sews are also available in different colors, so if you prefer something a little more basic than a circular style, that might be a good choice.
As many of you may know, Mr. Sugihara is the founder of a historic cut-and-sew brand called smoothday.
This fabric is expensive and extremely difficult to make, and it seems that no one in the cut-and-sew industry does it, and even if they try, they give up, but this time, nonnotte seems to have succeeded in making it for the first time.
