Hello!

This is Nakayama from CASANOVA&CO.

As we enter September, our store is receiving a lot of autumn/winter clothing, and the seasons on display are changing.

Autumn and winter is the time when we tend to wear more main pieces of clothing, such as outerwear.

This time we will introduce a jacket from HERILL.

So let's get started.

HERILL

Cotton gabardine Weekend Jacket

color _ Black

This jacket.

When clothes are hung on a hanger, their true appeal is not brought out.

I think many people will like the silhouette when actually wearing it.

The body and arms are distinctively voluminous, and the ribbing at the cuffs and hem of the body are well-balanced, giving the garment a striking, impressive volume.

This time, I wanted to give you a good idea of what it looks like when worn, so I will be including some pictures of it being worn.

As you may have guessed from the way the fabric gathers when you put your hands in the pockets, the arms are very voluminous.

The silhouette is expertly controlled, with voluminous parts and compact, hidden parts creating a well-defined silhouette.

When you lower your arms, the fabric around your shoulder blades slides in and seems to be stored under your armpits.

This makes the body compact and makes the thickness of the arms stand out.

And it is these ribs that really enhance the sense of volume that is so striking even at a glance.

Cuffs and hem of the body.

You can imagine how effective the ribbing is in tightening the garment from the way the fabric ripples even when hung on a hanger.

The ribbing tightens the body even when the zipper is not closed.

Thanks to this ribbing, the waist area is compact and I think it will go well with a variety of pants styles.

To match the volume of the jacket, you can wear it with wide pants such as cargo pants, or classic tapered slacks.

Although it's a little difficult at this time of year, I think pairing it with wide-legged shorts would look very stylish.

Denim or chinos would also look good for a slightly rugged style.

So, although it only appeared in one of the photos above, I also tried on TT jeans.

I'm wearing a Y NECK LONG SLEEVE from OLDE HOMESTEADER underneath.

The Weekend Jacket has very large armholes and is quite roomy, so you don't have to worry about what clothes to wear underneath.

When the zipper is closed halfway, the neckline opens nicely to the left and right, syncing up with the neckline of the Y-NECK LONG SLEEVE.

This is a garment that opens beautifully at the neck, so we hope you will have fun arranging it in different ways.

The way a jacket looks can be greatly changed by the neckline of the clothes you wear underneath and the accessories you use, so the way you wear it will affect how the jacket itself looks.

The zipper is made by Riri and the puller has the brand logo and leather with HERILL written on it.

The handles and teeth are silver, so it goes without saying that it goes well with silver accessories.

When I closed the zipper...

When the zipper is open, the ribbing is concentrated at the back, but when the zipper is closed, the tightening spreads around the entire waist.

The hem is also a little higher. If you like shorter lengths, wearing it closed up is a drool-worthy style.

It has a collarless neckline, and the neck is at a comfortable height even when the zipper is zipped all the way up.

I personally feel that many voluminous blouson-style outerwear items tend to give off a casual impression.

However, HERILL's Weekend Jacket has a well-balanced look with matching colors and fabric textures, and I felt it could be worn in a variety of different ways.

Smooth glossy black.

This combination of texture and color has a big impact on the impression of the clothes.

The black blouson-style outerwear is a type of clothing that most people have probably seen before, but you will intuitively feel that it is different.

The clothes made by HERILL look like something you've seen before, but that's only until you actually try them on.

After actually trying it on, you can get an intuition by looking at yourself in the mirror.

``Oh, that's not it.''

The intuitive factors for each item are different, such as comfort and silhouette, but I think that in the case of this Weekend Jacket, the silhouette and clothing make a big impression.

Along with the sense of security that you've seen it somewhere before, there's also a very positive sense of discomfort that it's different from anything you've seen before.

It's almost like finding the outfit you've been looking for.

I myself have been wearing HERILL jeans for over a year now.

To begin with, I had no intention of choosing denim, and in fact I had no intention of wearing denim for a while until I decided to wear HERILL jeans.

At that time, I really wanted a pair of pants that I could wear all year round.

So I decided to check out some denim that can be worn all year round thanks to its fabric, and I picked up some HERILL denim.

So that was the end of my search for pants.

``This is it.''

Now, with repeated wear it has become damaged and has taken on Nakayama's original look.

But still, or rather, I wear them with more affection than when I first started wearing them.

I feel that HERILL's clothes are the embodiment of "this is what I wanted" whether it's from a fashion standpoint such as styling or from the standpoint of comfort such as how comfortable they are to wear.

That's why they are clothes that provide high levels of satisfaction and make you want to keep wearing them.

If you have the chance to see it in person, I would be delighted if you could try it on.
