Hello.
I'm Noguchi from CASANOVA&CO.
The WR/ESSE collection 003 launch event is finally starting tomorrow.
I've been writing blog posts every day, but I've only managed to introduce two types: pants and a T-shirt. Lol.
Don't worry, the other clothes will also be available in store. Lol.
However, I believe that The Step and The Plain, which I introduced, are the items that most strongly embody "ESSE", so please try them on and experience them for yourself.
I think it opened up the possibilities for jersey fabric.
I wanted you all to be surprised when you actually try them on, so I thought showing you how they look on me might spoil the surprise. But well, it's also my job to show them to many people, so please let me introduce them.

First, The Plain in SHADOW, which I introduced yesterday.
I think those who understand will understand at this point.
Just standing upright.
And it's not a picture that was meticulously posed, but rather just a relaxed, upright posture that occurred naturally during movement.
And this form.

The seam at the center back acts like a spine, making the posture look beautiful and reducing excess bulk at the back.
Even for someone with a thin chest like me, you can see that the shoulder blades are higher and the center back seam is lower.
However, it's certainly not a tight fit, so it doesn't cling to the body line.

Also, having a seam at the center back visually makes it look sharp and streamlined, or perhaps just tidier.

It's a "silent T-shirt" that doesn't do anything outlandish, but I think it has a very quiet and strong will in its form.
Some people might think "a plain T-shirt alone is bland," but if you refine simplicity, which can be perceived as blandness, to this extent, it can become something this beautiful.
The Plain, I think it's a wonderful T-shirt that lives up to its name.

And what I paired it with was The Step in PEBBLE.
These slacks have such a well-balanced shape that you don't even wonder if they're made of jersey fabric.
Since they are meant to be washed like jersey, they don't have a center crease, but it would be more appropriate to call them slacks than easy pants.

The neat silhouette from the hips to the thighs.
The way it pools at the shoes, clearly showing the fabric's elasticity.
Even if you say "I aimed for jersey slacks," I don't think they'd normally turn out like this.
And the fact that they boast outstanding mobility and wash resistance is nothing short of revolutionary.
Depending on your profession, I think you could totally use PEBBLE's The Step as slacks for work, or as sharp-looking pants for business trips.
That's how refined they are.

And even if you wear them out too much, it's okay.
The right one is new, and the left one is The Step in PEBBLE that Mr. Kakoi continued to wear for testing.
Mr. Kakoi counts the number of times he wears and washes test items using tally marks, and this PEBBLE The Step he brought has been "worn for 207 days" and "washed 53 times."
Considering that, let's look again.

There are no changes at all – that would be a lie given the repeated wearing and washing – but in terms of nuance, the difference is only at the level of a "spot the difference" puzzle.
It's been worn for 207 days and washed 53 times, and it still looks like this.
Isn't that incredible? Lol.
The changes I noticed were:
・Slight whitening on the waistband and belt loops (I suspect this is due to friction from putting on and taking off belts).
・The texture of the fabric surface has become slightly stronger (this is also a matter of whether or not it's finished with steam or ironing).
・The stiffness of the threads has softened just a tiny bit, making it feel plumper (I think).
That's all.

This one on the left is also Mr. Kakoi's test item.
I used to think it was normal for black jersey to fade, and I didn't even consider it a negative point, but seeing that it can be this good really changes my perspective.
Since you've seen this, please feel free to wash them as much as you like.

The Plain and The Step.
It might be a taboo, but it's like "wearing a T-shirt on both top and bottom."
Yet, this is how it looks.
It's not about dressing this way to be lazy, but about how much your life can change when it's comfortable, looks beautiful, and you don't have to worry about care.
I think it's not hard to imagine.
Mr. Kakoi himself said that when he wears test items like those mentioned earlier, he feels obligated to wear them every day for testing, but regarding The Step in PEBBLE, he said, "Wearing it wasn't a chore."
Even considering he started wearing them around the exhibition six months ago, he's worn them almost every day for half a year, and he hasn't gotten tired of them; they're clothes that don't feel like a chore.
They are truly essential.

I can understand the argument that for summer T-shirts, since you sweat and have to wash them anyway, any cheap one will do.
However, that doesn't apply to WR/ESSE. Lol.
It's an amazing brand.

I'll probably be wearing this outfit a lot this summer too.
Just tuck it in quickly, and then it's fine to add some jewelry or wear a hat.
That's good. Or rather, that's what makes it good.

I think it's a good idea to have The Step and The Plain in different colors.
Having one in your closet will make it an indispensable part of your life.
And WR/ESSE's collection 003, which genuinely focused on designing their clothes to become just that.
And from that, the unique "ESSE style" was born.

The store is also ready.
We eagerly await your visit starting tomorrow.
The WONDER ROOM ESSE team will also be in store on February 28th and March 1st, so please look forward to it.
